The company’s recent financial results reflect a broader shift toward integrated marketing solutions. While net sales reached $578 million in the second quarter of 2026, up from $572 million the previous year, the firm managed to pivot from a minor loss to $4 million in net earnings. Chairman and CEO Joel Quadracci attributed the stability to a focus on growth-oriented offerings, particularly the expansion of the packaging division and deeper integration of its Rise media agency services.

Operational efficiency remains a core pillar of the current strategy. Through increased automation and AI-enabled tools, Quad is working to offset macroeconomic headwinds while maintaining its full-year 2026 guidance. The company also demonstrated a commitment to shareholder returns, repurchasing 0.4 million shares this year and maintaining a $0.10 quarterly dividend. With the Salt Lake City facility expected to go online in the fourth quarter, Quad aims to solidify a national footprint that supports both regional and national clients.
