ValueCommerce Reports 460 Million Yen Loss for First Half

ValueCommerce Co. Ltd. posted a net loss of 460 million yen for the six months ending June 30, 2026, as the Japanese firm struggled with declining margins. The company reported revenue of 5.80 billion yen, while operating losses reached 560 million yen under Japanese accounting standards.

The Tokyo-listed company, which recorded a pretax loss of 548 million yen, confirmed a per-share loss of 21.23 yen for the period. Despite the downturn, management maintained its dividend outlook, announcing a midyear payout of 8.00 yen per share. The company projects a year-end dividend of 8.00 yen, bringing the total annual forecast to 16.00 yen.
