The firm’s Core EPS reached $0.47 for the period ending June 30, 2026, slightly down from $0.50 in the same quarter last year. Despite the dip, CEO Kort Schnabel highlighted the company's resilience, citing historically low levels of non-accruing loans and a stable portfolio performance. New investment commitments totaled $2.6 billion during the quarter, with 68% directed toward first-lien senior secured loans.

Financial operations saw significant structural adjustments, including the launch of the BDC sector’s first commercial paper program. CFO Scott Lem confirmed that the company raised $1.2 billion in additional financing, effectively managing its debt profile without meaningful near-term maturities. The $0.48 dividend is scheduled for payout on September 30, 2026, to stockholders of record as of September 15, marking 17 years of consistent or growing payouts for the lender.
