Easton brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial operations to the role. During his tenure at Clarivate, he has led core reporting and planning functions, earning praise from CEO Matti Shem Tov for his institutional knowledge and commitment to financial discipline. His appointment follows a period of organizational transformation, including the planned divestiture of the company's Life Sciences & Healthcare segment.

Prior to joining Clarivate, Easton held senior leadership positions at IHS Markit and IHS Inc., overseeing global financial reporting and regional finance teams. A Certified Public Accountant, he holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University. In his new capacity, Easton plans to focus on accelerating growth, optimizing free cash flow, and executing the company's broader strategic priorities.
