Nominations are open to the entire industry through August 18, 2026, and may be submitted by colleagues or the recruiters themselves. Each entry requires verification from two high-level executives at an RIA or dual-registrant firm, including at least one director-level professional in business development or recruitment. Editor in Chief Julius Buchanan noted that these specialists serve as the necessary engine for successful matches within the independent wealth management space. WSR plans to release the final list of winners in the fourth quarter of 2026.
