SuperCom Secures Sixth New York Electronic Monitoring Contract

A New York county has awarded SuperCom a new electronic monitoring contract, marking the company’s sixth such win in the state since mid-2024. The agreement forces out an incumbent provider of four years, following a competitive evaluation process where the county tested SuperCom’s PureSecurity Suite under live field conditions.

The deal transitions the county to the company's PureOne platform, with full deployment scheduled for September 2026. According to the company, this victory maintains a 100% opportunity conversion rate within New York State. The contract utilizes a recurring revenue model based on the number of daily active units in operation.

Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom, noted that the win aligns with a broader growth trend, including a 100% success rate on submitted RFPs across Europe this year. The company has secured over 40 new contracts in the United States and more than 20 national project wins in Europe since mid-2024, moves intended to diversify the firm's global revenue base.
