For over a decade, Kinzit Technologies built a reputation on service-oriented IT management. By absorbing the team, Net at Work gains specialized expertise in industries that require rigorous compliance and operational stability. Kinzit clients gain access to a wider catalog of enterprise software, including ERP, HCM, and CRM platforms, which Net at Work leverages to build industry-specific digital operations.

Alexander Solomon, co-CEO of Net at Work, noted that the integration aligns with his company’s focus on maximizing client return on technology investments. Ryan Kinsey, president of Kinzit, cited the shared philosophy regarding workforce development and client success as the primary driver for the deal. As a firm ranked on the Channel Futures 2026 MSP 501 list, Net at Work continues to use strategic acquisitions to scale its presence in the North American SMB technology market.
