The latest purchase accounts for approximately 1.42% of OCI’s total issued share capital. Following the settlement of these trades, NNS Holding now controls 120,288,019 shares, or roughly 56.91% of the company. When combined with the holdings of Nassef Sawiris, who is classified as a bidder under Dutch regulations, the group’s total interest rises to 120,677,749 shares, representing a 57.10% stake.
NNS, a Cyprus-based private investment firm founded by Sawiris in 2008, maintains the right to continue purchasing OCI securities outside of the formal offer, provided such actions comply with applicable transparency and disclosure requirements. While the firm reserves the option for further acquisitions or ordinary course trading, it maintains that these activities do not constitute formal investment advice or a solicitation for other shareholders to act.
