Investors Face September Deadline in Intuit Securities Fraud Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Intuit Inc. securities between August 22, 2025, and May 20, 2026, face a pivotal September 8, 2026, deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a pending class action lawsuit filed by the Rosen Law Firm.

The litigation alleges that Intuit executives misled shareholders by inflating the company's competitive standing and growth projections. According to the complaint, the firm failed to disclose significant business losses within its tax-related segments, specifically regarding the TurboTax division, which faced mounting pricing and competitive pressures. Consequently, the company’s full-year 2026 revenue guidance is characterized by the plaintiffs as unreliable and disconnected from operational reality.

Investors wishing to participate in the action or serve as lead plaintiff must move the court by the September 8 cutoff. Participation in potential future recoveries does not require an investor to serve as a lead plaintiff, and no class has been certified at this stage. Those affected may choose their own counsel or remain absent class members. The Rosen Law Firm, which is soliciting clients for this litigation, emphasizes that prior legal successes do not guarantee similar outcomes in this case.
