The platform utilizes Deloitte’s Trustworthy AI framework to unify complex risk workflows into a single digital ecosystem. According to Frank Milano, U.S. Assurance leader, the initiative seeks to blend human professional judgment with machine-driven capabilities to bolster organizational resilience. The suite will also be integrated into the firm’s broader Zora AI product line.
Key functions include a regulatory researcher that provides citation-backed insights, automated documentation generation for process flows and risk matrices, and the automation of operating effectiveness testing. Geoffrey Kovesdy, who leads digital controls and automation for U.S. Audit & Assurance, noted that the technology is intended to help specialists move away from repetitive manual tasks to focus on identifying exceptions and high-level strategic conclusions.
