The company’s adjusted net investment income rose to $0.30 per share, up from $0.29 in the first quarter. Dividends for the period reached $0.40 per share, comprising a $0.35 base dividend and a $0.05 special distribution. Net asset value remained steady at $16.48 per share, while the firm maintained a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.93x. Portfolio quality remained a focal point, with non-accruals representing only 0.6% of the portfolio at cost.

Chief Executive Officer Craig W. Packer attributed the performance to the underlying strength of the company’s software-focused credit assets. During the quarter, the firm bolstered its financial position by extending its revolving credit facility and issuing $500 million in unsecured debt. With over $2 billion in available liquidity, management plans to continue selective capital deployment in technology-related sectors, citing improved rate conditions and wider market spreads as catalysts for future growth.
