The authorization covers the full suite, including Maximo Manage with Mobile and Real Estate and Facilities modules. This development provides a standardized security framework for sectors ranging from aviation and nuclear energy to utilities and civil infrastructure. By utilizing this SaaS model, agencies can address deferred maintenance and aging systems through a platform subject to continuous monitoring, independent third-party assessments, and strict vulnerability management protocols.

Don Omura, CEO of the asset lifecycle consultancy TRM, noted that the milestone offers a scalable solution for organizations balancing operational visibility with federal cybersecurity mandates. Beyond government use, the heightened security controls make the platform a viable option for private-sector critical infrastructure providers and contractors who require advanced governance. TRM is currently assisting organizations with the transition from legacy systems, providing advisory and migration services to ensure alignment with long-term reliability and data-driven management goals.
