While assessments of the broader economy remain slightly cautious, leaders report a more favorable view of their individual industry conditions.
Risk priorities for executives have undergone a notable shift. Cyber threats remain the primary concern for 63% of respondents, but artificial intelligence and emerging technologies have surged to become the second most cited risk at 58%, effectively eclipsing geopolitical worries. Despite these challenges, corporate strategy remains stable: 61% of CEOs intend to maintain current capital expenditure levels, and hiring plans have tilted toward modest expansion rather than retrenchment, with most leaders reporting few obstacles in securing qualified talent.
