The agreement includes an acceleration clause, permitting Jones Soda to shorten the warrant expiry to 30 days if the company's stock price hits $0.47 for five consecutive trading days.
Management intends to direct the net proceeds toward general corporate operations and growth initiatives. The offering remains subject to standard regulatory reviews, including approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange, and carries a mandatory four-month hold period for the newly issued securities.
