Millen joins the company following leadership tenures at industry heavyweights including IBM, R1 RCM, and Greenway Health. In his new capacity, he will manage the firm's enterprise strategy, overseeing the transition toward cloud-native infrastructure and the rollout of predictive analytics tools. His primary mandate involves scaling automation to streamline financial workflows for a network spanning 5,000 providers across 48 states.

CEO Kevin Offel noted that the hire aims to sharpen the company’s competitive edge in a tightening reimbursement landscape. By deploying machine learning to reduce administrative friction, the firm intends to allow its clinical partners—ranging from behavioral health organizations to skilled nursing facilities—to prioritize patient care over complex billing cycles. Millen’s roadmap prioritizes the development of secure, scalable data solutions to replace legacy processes, marking a significant push to modernize the firm’s core technology stack.
