The initiative debuts at the upcoming Money20/20 event with the launch of the Credit Union Pass, a tailored access program offering exclusive programming and deep-dive sessions for credit union leadership. Scarlett Sieber, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Money20/20, noted that the partnership places research-backed credit union voices directly into the rooms where major industry decisions occur. By combining Money20/20’s visibility into market shifts with Filene’s academic rigor, the alliance seeks to move credit unions from reactive positions to proactive innovation.
This synergy will extend to Filene’s annual big.bright.minds. conference, scheduled for December 1–3 in New Orleans. The event will focus on translating emerging trends—such as agentic AI, stablecoins, and real-time payment infrastructure—into sustainable growth strategies. Christie Kimbell, Executive Vice President at Filene, emphasized that the collaboration provides members with immediate access to the innovators and ideas necessary to navigate rapid market changes. Registration for the New Orleans event is currently open, with membership-level benefits available for qualifying Filene participants.
