CEO Balkrishan Kalra attributed the performance to the company's "flywheel" strategy, which emphasizes the integration of AI agents into core business processes. The technology segment now accounts for 27% of total revenue, signaling a successful shift toward higher-value services. While Core Business Services grew a modest 1.9%, the company remains confident in its ability to scale, noting record bookings and an expanding project pipeline.

Financial discipline across the quarter supported this expansion, with net income rising 9.8% to $146 million. CFO Michael Weiner confirmed that the firm continues to prioritize a more durable business model, evidenced by double-digit EPS growth and active capital allocation, including $50 million spent on share repurchases. Looking ahead, Genpact expects sustained momentum in technology solutions, projecting at least 25% annual growth in that sector as it continues to displace legacy operational models with agentic AI applications.
