Investors File Class Action Against Datavault AI Following Allegations

Pomerantz LLP has initiated a class action lawsuit against Datavault AI Inc. and its senior leadership, representing investors who purchased company securities between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025. The litigation follows allegations that the firm misled shareholders regarding its business operations and key corporate partnerships.

The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleges that Datavault AI—formerly known as WiSA Technologies—made materially false statements to inflate its market standing. According to the filing, the company overstated the economic value of its partnerships with Burke Products, Scilex Holding Company, and Nature's Miracle, while simultaneously misrepresenting the volume of trading activity on its blockchain-based data platform.

Scrutiny intensified on October 31, 2025, when a report from Wolfpack Research characterized the company as a promotional vehicle reliant on hollow claims regarding artificial intelligence and data monetization. The report further highlighted undisclosed ties between company leadership and individuals with histories of securities violations, including CEO Nathaniel T. Bradley’s prior SEC charges and connections to Edward Withrow III, a convicted felon. Following these disclosures, Datavault AI shares dropped nearly 20% in a single session. Investors seeking to serve as lead plaintiff have until October 5, 2026, to petition the court.
