Optimistic Outlook for the First Quarter
Amkor issued guidance for the current quarter that suggests continued momentum. The company expects first-quarter revenue to reach approximately $1.6 billion, exceeding the $1.54 billion projected by market analysts. According to the company's financial report, management anticipates this trend to persist through the early months of the new fiscal year.
Management also provided the following financial targets for the upcoming period:
- Earnings per share are projected to fall between 18 cents and 28 cents.
- The guidance range brackets Wall Street’s current estimate of 22 cents per share.
- Projected revenue remains ahead of historical seasonal expectations.
