The latest announcement marks the fourth distribution increase for the fund since its New York Stock Exchange listing. Management continues to shift capital from legacy core-plus institutional holdings toward specialty direct real estate investments, targeting higher income and long-term appreciation. The fund reports $700 million in identified investments that are either closed, under contract, or currently in the pipeline.
With approximately $3.2 billion in net assets under management as of August 31, 2026, the fund maintains a portfolio spanning 25 private equity and 17 private debt real estate investments. Shareholders may opt into a Distribution Reinvestment Plan to compound returns through the automatic purchase of additional shares. While the fund aims for consistent, tax-advantaged income, it cautions that portions of distributions may be classified as a return of capital, and investors should consult fund documentation for specific tax implications.
