City of Hope Opens Specialized Cancer Treatment Facility in Prescott

More than 42,000 Arizonans receive a cancer diagnosis annually, driving a critical need for localized, expert care. To meet this demand, City of Hope has opened a new 23,000-square-foot cancer center in Prescott, connecting Northern Arizona patients to a national network of advanced research and specialized oncology services.

Located at 5430 Landmark Lane, the new facility features 17 exam rooms and 36 infusion bays, designed to bring high-level expertise closer to home. The center offers targeted consultations in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and breast surgical oncology, maintaining continuity with the trusted physicians who have long served the Prescott area, including Dr. Iyad Harmaneh and Dr. LaNette Smith.

This expansion integrates the Prescott location into City of Hope’s broader clinical network, which partners with the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) to advance precision medicine. For patients requiring complex surgical interventions, the center provides seamless coordination with the organization’s specialty hospital in Goodyear. The public is invited to tour the facility during a grand opening event on September 30 from 5 to 8 p.m.
