Sobi and Innate Pharma Finalize Strategic Lacutamab Partnership

The partnership, first announced on August 10, 2026, paves the way for the TELLOMAK-3 clinical trial. This study is essential for pursuing accelerated approval of the drug in cases of Sézary syndrome, a rare subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Innate Pharma will lead the trial, while Sobi secures exclusive global commercialization rights upon potential approval. Should the Phase 3 results prove positive, Sobi retains the option to assume full global development authority.

Financial terms of the agreement include a 75 million USD payment to Innate Pharma upon the partnership’s effective date. The agreement further outlines up to 40 million USD in near-term development milestones linked to Sézary syndrome, with an additional 465 million USD tied to future regulatory and commercial successes. Beyond these payments, Innate stands to receive tiered double-digit royalties on net sales, marking a significant expansion of the company's oncology pipeline through this collaboration.
