This expansion bolsters Banyan Group’s portfolio to nearly 130 properties globally. The move is strategically aligned with the group’s focus on nature-based and heritage tourism, encompassing assets like the QWABI Private Game Reserve and lodges near Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. While day-to-day operations remain under local leadership, Newmark properties will eventually be integrated into the withBanyan loyalty program, granting international guests broader access to the company’s African collections.
