Premex Solutions, previously a subsidiary of the British family-run firm Premier Textiles, brings established customer relationships and a focus on pigment printing technology to the buyer. While financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, the transition is intended to be seamless for existing clients, who will retain their current points of contact while gaining access to Media One’s broader distribution and color management services. Management from both firms emphasized that the merger preserves the legacy of the Premier Textiles brand while scaling its digital printing capabilities across the U.S. market.
