This database contains more than 122 million de-identified patient records, providing a foundation for tasks ranging from cohort identification to synthetic control arm generation. Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager of Oracle Health and Life Sciences, stated that these tools are designed to translate complex data into actionable insights for drug development.
