By automating high-stakes tasks that were previously reconciled by hand, the system has reduced the reporting burden on institutional research teams while increasing the reliability of data provided to the Board of Regents.

UL System President Rick Gallot noted that the initial performance at the first three campuses validated the model of centralized, trusted information. Beyond financial transparency, the platform now supports governed reporting for enrollment funnels and student completion metrics. For the remaining institutions—McNeese State, Nicholls State, Northwestern State, Southeastern Louisiana, and UL Lafayette—the expansion utilizes existing templates to accelerate implementation. This move reflects a broader trend among large university systems to shift away from siloed technology toward integrated ecosystems that prioritize data-driven decision-making and public accountability.
