McNutt, representing ROAR Florida and Noah's Ark of Central Florida, received a $3,500 donation for her charities. Her project, a 56-acre campus established in 2016, currently houses 126 residents and provides a hub for education, employment, and adaptive sports. Beyond her administrative work, McNutt remains active on the ground, leading weekly yoga classes and coaching sports programs for residents.
The awards program, now in its fifth year, distributed $6,500 across three honorees selected from Grace Hill’s client base. Dana Dobrowolski, an accounting director at PRG Real Estate, secured the first runner-up spot with a $2,000 prize. Her efforts center on Team Foster, where she supports veterans through service dog programs. Dobrowolski gained recognition for her extreme endurance fundraising, notably completing a 24-hour stationary cycling ride in 2025 and earning the title of "Ruffest Rider."
The second runner-up, Kadi Mancuso Rice of Tailwind Group, received $1,000 for her work in pediatric cancer and epilepsy awareness. A veteran of seven global marathons for charity, Rice currently co-chairs the Danny Did Foundation’s annual gala, focusing on seizure-detection technology and support for families affected by Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy. Matt Cotter, CEO of Grace Hill, noted that these individuals demonstrate how the company’s client community extends its influence far beyond the professional real estate sector.
