Curriculum Associates Names 15 School Leaders to 2027 Collaborative

Fifteen principals from 12 states have been selected for the 2027 Extraordinary Educators Leadership Collaborative, a national program designed to foster professional growth. The cohort brings together early-career administrators—all with one to five years of experience—to share instructional strategies and address challenges in school management and student engagement.

The program, now in its fourth year, serves as a hub for leaders who utilize Curriculum Associates’ i-Ready and Ready platforms. Participants were chosen based on their track record of student achievement, commitment to innovation, and ability to foster inclusive school cultures. Throughout the upcoming term, these educators will engage in collaborative learning sessions focused on data-informed instruction, teacher wellness, and the cultivation of effective learning partnerships.

Kelly Sia, CEO of Curriculum Associates, emphasized that the initiative aims to amplify the impact of leaders who are already demonstrating success in closing learning gaps and empowering their staff. The 2027 class features administrators from across the country, including representation from Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, Vermont, and West Virginia. Beyond peer-to-peer networking, members will contribute to the broader Extraordinary Educators community through professional development events, sharing the specific practices that have driven results in their respective schools.
