The safety campaign covers approximately 12,000 vehicles across several configurations and production years:- EQB 250+ models manufactured between 2023 and 2024
- EQB 300 4Matic models produced from 2022 to 2024
- EQB 350 4Matic models produced from 2022 to 2024
To resolve the issue, Mercedes-Benz dealers will perform a complete replacement of the high-voltage battery packs at no cost to owners.
