Adoreboard Ties Customer Experience Metrics Directly to Revenue

Belfast-based AI firm Adoreboard has launched a predictive intelligence platform designed to translate qualitative customer feedback into specific financial outcomes. By ranking individual experiences based on potential gain or risk, the tool aims to bridge the long-standing gap between service quality metrics and actual bottom-line performance.

The Bicester Collection, which manages 12 luxury shopping outlets globally, is among the first to implement the methodology. Last year, the group hosted over 46 million visitors, providing a substantial dataset to test the platform's ability to prioritize guest experience issues by their direct fiscal impact. According to Mazhar Butt, the group’s senior director for hospitality, the system allows the company to move beyond simple correlation, making the cost of poor service visible in real financial terms.

Industry research underscores the demand for this shift. Forrester reports that only half of teams currently succeed in linking customer experience metrics to business outcomes. Adoreboard CEO Chris Johnston argues that while most organizations track satisfaction scores, they struggle to articulate the monetary value of those scores. By quantifying customer trust, the platform provides leadership with a clear roadmap of which issues require immediate remediation and the potential cost of inaction.

Recognition for the technology has already begun to materialize, with the platform recently highlighted at NVIDIA’s GTC summit for its innovative approach to accelerated feedback analysis. Adoreboard plans to demonstrate the software at the Engage Customer Summit in London on October 7 and 8.
