Garmin has unveiled the Enduro 4, an ultra-endurance GPS smartwatch capable of reaching 320 hours of battery life in activity mode. Designed for multiday excursions, the device introduces advanced grade-adjusted pace metrics and a reinforced map engine, marking a significant hardware jump for the company’s flagship outdoor wearable.

The Enduro 4 arrives with a 1.4-inch MIP display and a solar-charging lens, pushing smartwatch-mode endurance to 90 days under optimal conditions. Garmin has prioritized weight efficiency, keeping the 51mm titanium-bezel device at 66 grams. Internally, the watch features 64 GB of memory and a processor upgrade that delivers 50% more RAM than its predecessor, resulting in 30% faster map panning and navigation.

Athletes can now utilize grade-adjusted pace targets and stamina curves to calibrate effort during steep climbs or long-distance mountain runs. The new Garmin Epic feature allows users to aggregate multiple activities across weeks or months into a single narrative log, complete with photos and performance data. Priced at $899.99, the watch also features a new ComfortFit Fabric Band and a 10 ATM water-resistance rating, positioning it as a specialized tool for trail runners and backpackers.
