The 2026 debut features artwork by Godfrey Escota, who has illustrated over 100 dragons within the Arcania fantasy universe. His stained-glass style imagery adorns the company's first-ever Borderless Matte Dual Art Sleeves and a commemorative playmat. These items are available in limited quantities through the Dragon Shield website and participating local retailers.
Mike Ballog, VP at Dragon Shield, described the initiative as a tribute to the players, artists, and store owners who sustain the hobby. The event aims to establish a recurring tradition that bridges the gap between digital interaction and physical play, with plans to expand the scope of the celebration in future years.
