Mike Percopo, who remains CEO, emphasized that the partnership will leverage Bertram Labs’ digital capabilities to enhance service delivery. Zack Bassi, Vice President at Bertram Capital, noted that the firm’s investment strategy targets businesses with deep industry relationships and an established track record. Following this acquisition, PCC is actively seeking further expansion opportunities through potential partnerships and strategic acquisitions to broaden its geographic reach.
