Sweetspot Secures FedRAMP Class C Status to Streamline Federal Bids

Government contractors frequently lose bids because critical data remains siloed across disjointed tools, creating security risks that often lead to AI platforms being blocked. To solve this, Sweetspot has achieved FedRAMP Class C certification through a strategic partnership with Knox Systems, moving its AI-powered proposal platform inside a government-grade security boundary.

The certification allows agencies and contractors to bypass the lengthy, redundant security reviews typically required for new software. By operating within the Knox-managed cloud, Sweetspot now offers a unified workflow that covers the entire bid lifecycle—from identifying opportunities on SAM.gov to drafting final proposals—without forcing teams to move sensitive data between insecure applications.

Sachin Subramanian, CEO of Sweetspot, noted that the platform was built to meet rigorous federal standards, including existing CMMC Level 2 and SOC 2 Type II compliance. For contractors, this means they can finally process sensitive agency data within an AI-driven environment. Knox Systems, which specializes in accelerating federal cloud authorizations, provided the infrastructure necessary to meet these security requirements while eliminating the common compliance bottlenecks that delay government software adoption.
