Revenew International specializes in contract compliance, cost containment, and performance consulting, having secured over $2 billion in hard-dollar savings for clients across the energy, utility, and manufacturing sectors. The firm combines proprietary audit technology with professional expertise to identify financial value within complex business operations.

Kris Westbrook, CEO of Revenew, noted that the partnership with Bernhard Capital represents the next phase of growth for the organization. Eric Bommer, Co-Managing Partner at Sentinel, credited BlackArch Partners with navigating the sale through a hands-on advisory approach. The acquisition aligns with Bernhard Capital’s strategy of investing in infrastructure services and asset platforms within regulated, high-demand markets. For BlackArch, the deal reinforces its recent activity in the business services sector, where the firm continues to manage M&A advisory for middle-market companies.
