The transition ensures that carriers retain their current factoring rates and contract terms, minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations. Beyond contract continuity, these new clients gain immediate access to OTR’s suite of digital tools, including 24/7 invoice approvals, the OTR Fuel Card, and the OTR Clutch business banking service. The integration was completed in under three months, marking the company's second portfolio acquisition within a year following the 2025 purchase of TruckSmarter’s assets.
For Coeur Capital, the divestiture aligns with a strategic shift to focus on broader commercial finance sectors. Bud Crawford, Partner at Coeur Capital, noted that the move allows the firm to concentrate on its core general factoring and lending services. Meanwhile, OTR Solutions CEO Fritz Owens stated that the acquisition is part of a broader push to modernize capital access for the trucking industry. Based in Roswell, Georgia, OTR continues to scale its footprint, leveraging recent investments to solidify its role as a primary financial partner for U.S.-based carriers.
