The new agreements involve the deployment of SuperCom’s PureOne GPS solution, an all-in-one tracking bracelet that utilizes a combination of cell-tower, Wi-Fi, and GPS positioning. The technology, which features integrated tamper-detection and extended battery life, will be integrated into the county's existing community supervision workflows. The company operates these contracts under a recurring revenue model tied to daily active unit usage.
SuperCom CEO Ordan Trabelsi noted that the selection process was highly competitive, requiring the company to outperform incumbents during live-unit evaluations. These latest wins contribute to a broader growth trend for the company, which has secured more than 50 new U.S. electronic monitoring contracts since mid-2024. Trabelsi emphasized that the firm’s strategy focuses on replacing long-tenured providers by demonstrating operational reliability on a case-by-case basis.
