Coaches Daniele Riva and Antonio Calamai have assembled a diverse lineup featuring athletes from Italy, the United States, Brazil, Sweden, and England. Captain Luciano Felipe Da Silva returns to lead a core group including Riccardo Innocenti, Francesco Marotta, Andrea Papi, Erika Scrivo, Ludvig Sjöström, and Matteo Veloce. The squad is bolstered by fresh talent: Lorenzo Bassoli, Isaiah Johnson, Olle Svensson, and Ben Leitch. Leitch arrives with recent experience from the Spanish side Menarini Joventut Badalona, reinforcing the organization's broader European network.

The team begins its Serie A campaign at home in Florence, facing a ten-team league structure designed to sharpen performance ahead of the EuroCup matches scheduled for March 11–14, 2027. Beyond the hardwood, the club continues its decade-long partnership with the Menarini Group, focusing on local school outreach to promote the culture of inclusion. Shareholders Lucia and Alberto Giovanni Aleotti emphasized that the team’s ongoing commitment to athletic excellence mirrors the group's core values, cementing a relationship that has evolved significantly since 2011.
