GEXEED Revenue Doubles as Company Reinstates Annual Dividend

GEXEED Co. Ltd. (3719.TO) reported a substantial jump in full-year earnings for the period ending December 31, 2025, as revenue nearly doubled year-over-year. The Japanese firm posted a net profit of ¥177 million and announced a return to dividend payouts, signaling a strong recovery in its operating margins.

GEXEED Co. Ltd. saw its top-line performance accelerate sharply during the fiscal year ending December 31. The company reported total revenue of ¥2.65 billion, a significant increase from the ¥1.42 billion recorded in the previous year. This revenue growth drove a substantial rise in operating profit, which climbed to ¥275 million from ¥131 million, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

The bottom-line results mirrored this upward trend, with net profit reaching ¥177 million, compared to ¥147 million in the prior period. This resulted in basic earnings per share of ¥6.93, up from ¥6.09. The company also reported a diluted earnings per share of ¥6.46 for the period, according to the financial statement.

Dividend Reinstatement and Financial Position

Following the strengthened fiscal performance, GEXEED’s board approved a year-end dividend of ¥3.00 per share. This marks a shift from the previous year, where no dividends were distributed to shareholders. The company confirmed that these results and future dividend forecasts are based on Japanese accounting standards, maintaining a cautious but positive outlook on its capital allocation strategy.
