Station Casinos Secures $500 Million in Debt Financing

The new capital carries an interest rate of Term SOFR plus 2.00% per annum. By integrating these funds into its existing credit structure, the company aims to optimize its balance sheet and support general corporate requirements. The joinder agreement serves as a direct extension of the firm’s current senior secured credit framework.

Red Rock Resorts manages an expansive portfolio of gaming and hospitality assets across the Las Vegas valley, including major properties like the Durango Casino Resort and Green Valley Ranch. This infusion of capital provides the company with increased liquidity as it continues to manage its regional entertainment venues and local gaming operations.
