Revenue reached $33 million for the quarter, tripling the $11 million recorded during the same period last year. This performance translated to earnings of 21 cents a share, a stark reversal from the 7-cent loss per share reported in the previous fiscal year. On an adjusted basis, the company logged earnings of 28 cents a share.
Driving these results is the rapid adoption of Aehr's burn-in and testing platforms, specifically those tailored for artificial intelligence semiconductors. The company’s commercial momentum remains strong, evidenced by $46.7 million in new bookings for the quarter and a total backlog of $100.9 million as of September 25. Investors have responded aggressively to the growth, pushing the stock price to $65.31 and extending a rally that has seen the share value more than double over the past twelve months.
