Uniform Next Co. Ltd. reported a net profit of 343 million yen for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2026, marking a slight decline from the 350 million yen recorded during the same period last year, despite the company achieving a notable increase in overall revenue.

Uniform Next Profit Slips Amid Revenue Growth

The Japanese firm saw its revenue climb to 8.64 billion yen, up from 7.40 billion yen in 2025. However, this top-line expansion failed to translate into higher bottom-line results. Operating profit dipped to 534 million yen from 541 million yen, while pretax profit experienced a similar marginal contraction, settling at 543 million yen against the previous year's 546 million yen. Earnings per share followed the downward trend, falling to 34.00 yen from 34.69 yen. Despite the dip in profitability, the company plans to increase its year-end dividend payout to 6.00 yen per share, up from 5.00 yen in the prior year. These results were compiled using Japanese accounting standards.
