His background also includes co-founding Capital Bank Financial Corporation and serving as a senior research analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on mortgage and fintech sectors.

Sagent CEO Chris Marshall emphasized that Posner’s track record in connecting market analysis with operational discipline will be central to the company’s growth. Sagent, which is backed by Warburg Pincus, intends to leverage these insights to cement the status of its Dara system in the mortgage servicing market.
