For regional leaders like OCBC Bank and Fuse Financing, the adoption of these agentic tools represents a shift toward modernizing internal audit functions. Raul Villar Jr., CEO of Optro, noted that the move provides the necessary on-the-ground expertise to help firms transform risk management into a strategic asset. The company currently holds a significant market footprint, serving over half of the Fortune 500 and earning recent recognition from Gartner and Forrester.
