The recognition follows a period of rapid expansion for the company, which reported 32% year-over-year growth. Throughout 2025, Petauri assisted nearly 300 organizations, onboarding more than 100 new clients to its roster. CEO Dan Renick attributes this momentum to the firm’s highly intentional focus on specialized sectors, including HEOR, payer market access, and medical communications. The platform’s ability to navigate restrictive coverage policies and legislative challenges has become a primary driver of its success.
Strategic acquisitions, most notably the addition of Artia Solutions in 2025, have bolstered Petauri’s capacity to manage system-level access strategies. Beyond market access, the firm is seeing heightened demand for its Petauri Advance medical communications unit, which interprets complex clinical data for rare and orphan disease categories. This external market success is mirrored by the company’s internal growth, recently validated by a Great Place to Work certification. As the platform continues to scale, it remains supported by an equity commitment of over $250 million from Oak Hill Capital.
