The rollout addresses the rising European demand for resilient power systems capable of long-term performance. LONGi ONE prioritizes safety through multi-layer protection and intelligent monitoring, focusing on early risk detection and preventive intervention. This architectural approach seeks to streamline project delivery while ensuring reliability throughout the asset's operational lifespan.
Alongside the core system, the company introduced OneNexus, an expansion designed for microgrid and distributed energy scenarios. This allows generation, storage, and loads to function as a coordinated local network, offering greater deployment flexibility. To support these installations, LONGi is scaling its regional engineering teams to navigate Europe's complex technical and regulatory landscape.
Service reliability remains a central performance metric for the expansion. The company reports an average Mean Time Between Failure of 8,500 hours for its European systems, supported by a goal to establish 30 global service hubs by 2028. With issue resolution times now averaging under 48 hours, LONGi is pushing for a single point of accountability to win long-term trust among regional project developers.
