Therap Services Deploys AI Tools to Automate Human Services Reporting

Torrington-based Therap Services has unveiled a suite of AI-driven analysis tools designed to distill years of complex clinical and personal documentation into actionable insights. By integrating Health Care and Person Centered Discovery analysis directly into its platform, the company aims to reduce administrative burdens for long-term and home-based care providers.

The new functionality allows care teams to process massive volumes of data, including Case Notes, Daily Notes, and Individual Support Plan records, which previously required significant manual synthesis. By automating these reviews, the software enables staff to prioritize direct individual support over repetitive documentation tasks.

The system targets two primary areas of care management. The Person Centered Discovery Analysis aggregates up to three years of data from Personal Focus Worksheets and Charting the LifeCourse forms to monitor long-term goals. Simultaneously, the Health Care Analysis feature reviews clinical histories to identify medical trends and improve patient outcomes. To ensure data integrity, the system includes a notification feature that alerts users whenever source records are modified after an analysis has been generated. Security remains a priority, with administrators managing access through a role-based skill assignment page, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to authorized personnel.
