Judson arrives at Calibrant following a tenure as Senior Vice President of Energy for North America at Vantage Data Centers. Her background includes a mix of public and private sector leadership, ranging from her time as CEO of Fortescue Zero to executive roles at National Grid and Ameresco. As Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, she previously spearheaded the state’s Clean Peak Standard and solar incentive programs, providing her with a unique vantage point on regulatory hurdles.

At Calibrant, she will focus on accelerating project timelines for power-intensive clients by promoting behind-the-meter storage and microgrid solutions. CEO Phil Martin noted that Judson’s experience with hyperscale requirements and utility-scale strategy is essential as the company attempts to bridge the gap between customer demand and grid capacity. Her mandate includes working with policymakers to establish frameworks that integrate distributed energy resources more effectively into the national power landscape.
