The tournament, organized by mobile gaming leader Papaya, marks a shift for the industry by moving skill-based digital play into a physical, head-to-head format. Participants competed for a total prize pool of $300,000, culminating in a final showdown between top-seeded players Sidney and Oliver. The broadcast captures the tension of the multi-day event, highlighting the strategy and rapid-fire decision-making required to reach the world stage.

Oriel Bachar, CEO and co-founder of Papaya, framed the event as an effort to build a tangible community around digital mastery.
