Hague brings over 25 years of experience to the role, having previously held leadership positions at global organizations including PepsiCo Restaurants, 7-Eleven, and Safeway. His appointment follows a tenure on the company’s Board of Advisors, where he helped define the firm’s long-term marketing and strategic vision. Jeff Sholl, managing member of the company, cited Hague’s history of transforming brands and managing complex global operations as a key factor in the selection.
Outgoing CEO David Lawrence will remain with the firm in an advisory capacity to facilitate the transition. The company, which supplies potatoes, onions, and various produce items across the United States and Canada, plans to focus on strengthening its existing grower network and accelerating innovation under Hague’s direction.
